All content on mukti.health and Mukti applications — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, design systems, product interfaces, and documentation — is the property of Mukti (and/or its licensors) and is protected under the Copyright Act, 2000 of Bangladesh (as amended) and related intellectual property laws.

What you may do

• View and use Mukti services for their intended personal or authorised professional purpose
• Share public links to our website pages
• Quote short excerpts with clear attribution to Mukti for non-commercial commentary or news

What you may not do

• Copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute Mukti software or substantial site content without written permission
• Use Mukti trademarks, logos, or trade dress in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Reproduce investor or confidential materials outside authorised recipients

User content

You retain rights in content you lawfully submit (for example profile information or messages). By submitting content to Mukti you grant us a licence to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Infringement

If you believe material on Mukti infringes your copyright under Bangladesh law, contact support@mukti.health with: your contact details, description of the work, URL or location of the material, and a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorised.

Trademarks

“Mukti”, the Mukti logo, and related marks are trademarks or trade identifiers of Mukti. Other names mentioned (for example partner hospitals) may be trademarks of their respective owners.
