Mukti Health

For hospitals & clinics

Mukti Hospital

One system for the lab, the desk, the doctor and the ward, joined to the patient's Mukti Health app. Each module is available to partner hospitals on request, switched on by Mukti with your team.

Modules

What Mukti Hospital does

Ready for partner hospitals today.

  • Module 1

    Machines hub

Connect lab analysers and scan machines once, from the Mukti Hospital desktop app on the hospital's own computer.

  • Module 2

    A lab that runs itself

Barcoded samples, two-way analysers and normal results approved automatically under the hospital's own rules.

  • Module 3

    Lab reports

Every test as values with units and reference ranges by age and sex, flagged high, low or critical, checked and signed by the pathologist. Corrections keep the old value on record.

  • Module 4

    Report numbers and QR check

Each lab report carries a number, a version and a QR code, so an employer or another doctor can check that the paper is genuine and still the latest version, without seeing any result.

  • Module 5

    Billing and payments

One bill per visit or stay, with the hospital's own prices, deposits, receipts and refunds kept in order.

  • Module 6

    Company and insurance billing

Prices by room type and payer, pre-approvals and claims tracked to settlement, and doctors' fees and tax records kept by the hospital's own settings.

  • Module 7

    Front desk and patient identity

Find or register a patient by Mukti ID, print a wristband and book at the desk with an SMS confirmation.

  • Module 8

    Doctor's workbench

E-prescriptions, ICD-10 diagnoses and orders in one place, with an AI scribe that drafts the note and next steps from the visit for the doctor to check and sign.

  • Module 9

    Doctors' records

A structured admission note with ICD-10 diagnoses, typed or dictated by voice, with smart notes that add the latest vitals, results, medicines, allergies, scan impressions and fluid balance. Consultants co-sign from one queue, and each ward sees the notes due.

  • Module 10

    Mukti connections

Bills and discharge prescriptions arrive in the patient's Mukti Health app, with referrals and family linking.

  • Module 11

    Nursing and wards

Bedside medicine scanning, early-warning scores, care plans and shift handover for every ward.

  • Module 12

    Safe discharge

The summary is filled from the stay's record, the doctor signs it, and the front desk releases the patient once the bill is settled or credit is approved.

  • Module 13

    Emergency and intensive care

Triage on arrival, a live emergency board and intensive-care charting, with ambulance hand-over from Mukti.

  • Module 14

    Radiology and cardiology

Scan and heart-test orders from the clinic, the emergency room or the ward, a worklist for each machine and signed reports that reach the patient's record.

  • Module 15

    Image viewer

Full diagnostic images open in the browser for the hospital's clinical staff, from the hospital's own machines hub or an image archive, with measurements, window presets and earlier studies side by side.

  • Module 16

    Patient disc

Give a patient their scans on a disc or USB stick with a small viewer, made from the hospital's image archive or its machines hub, under the same sign-in rules as the image viewer.

  • Module 17

    Surgery

Theatre booking, consent, the safety checklist and instrument counts, from the list to recovery.

  • Module 18

    Inpatient pharmacy

A pharmacist checks ward orders, dispenses by batch and keeps the controlled-medicine register with a witness. Drug checks from a starter list read Bangladeshi brand names, and a tablet ordered into a vein is refused. TPN orders are verified by a pharmacist who did not write them, and each bag has its compounding record.

  • Module 19

    Specialty care

Records built for maternity, children, dialysis, cancer care, mental health, physiotherapy, dental and eye units.

  • Module 20

    Cardiac and critical care

Cath lab, NICU and PICU, endoscopy and the labour room, each switched on by the hospital for itself. In the NICU, feeding and TPN orders go by the baby's weight, and each cot-day goes on the baby's own bill. The labour board keeps each CTG with its strip and FIGO category, also from the foetal monitor through the machines hub, and the cath lab and endoscopy capture stills and clips in the browser.

  • Module 21

    Blood bank

Donors, screening, stock by group and expiry, cross-match, issue and the bedside check before a transfusion.

  • Module 22

    Kitchen and diet

Diet orders from the ward, meal rounds and tray tickets, with a stop when a dish holds a patient's allergen.

  • Module 23

    Support services

Housekeeping, porters, laundry, waste, security, the mortuary and the hospital's own ambulances on one task list.

  • Module 24

    Medical records

Find any record, see what it still lacks, and release copies only with approval, with every opening logged.

  • Module 25

    Owner dashboards

Beds, emergency, diagnostics and billing on one screen, today and over time, on a phone or a wide monitor.

  • Module 26

    Downtime kit

When the internet drops, care carries on: a saved copy of today's patients, ready paper forms and a catch-up screen.

  • Module 27

    Starter kit

Load wards and beds, the price list, store items and staff lists from a spreadsheet file, practise before opening, then sign off to go live.

  • Module 28

    Store, purchasing and equipment

Requisitions, quotations and purchase orders with approval by a second person, a reorder list that counts what is already on order, goods received against the order, and an equipment register with its maintenance.

  • Module 29

    HR and payroll

Staff records, attendance and leave, and a monthly pay run that one person prepares and another approves, with a payslip for each employee.

  • Module 30

    Quality and safety

Any staff member can report an incident in under a minute, and the quality team keeps the infection log, ward audits, complaints and one list of follow-up actions.

  • Module 31

    Home care and follow-up

Nurses phone patients after discharge on the hospital's own questions, an answer that worries them is passed to the treating doctor, and hospital staff visit patients at home.

  • Module 32

    Switch kit

For a hospital moving from another system: an extract kit for the old database, old history readable in each patient's chart, big patient files loaded in automatic parts that resume after a break, both systems side by side, then go live on the owner's decision.

  • Module 33

    Report builder

Build the reports the hospital ran in its old system from its own data, save them for each team, and have them sent on a schedule as a sign-in link.

  • Module 34

    Government reports

The month's figures for the DGHS report, counted from the hospital's own records: beds, admissions and deaths, outpatients, diseases by ICD-10, births, notifiable diseases, operations and lab tests. Export them in DHIS2 format or print them.

  • Module 35

    Accounts and finance

The hospital's books: bills and payments are posted automatically, supplier and payroll payments need a second approver, and the bank is reconciled before each monthly close.

  • Module 36

    Branches and connections

One hospital group with several member hospitals: shared price lists, transfers between members and group figures, with the patient's consent rules unchanged.

  • Module 37

    Hospital bills

The hospital's own bills for suppliers, rent and utilities: approved by the right person for the amount, paid in full or in part, with regular monthly bills set up once.

  • Module 38

    Kitchen food store

The kitchen's own food store with a low level for each item, a market shopping list for whatever is running low, and the kitchen staff with their shifts.

  • Module 39

    Duty rosters

A duty roster for each team, who is on leave today and each person's own duty, with the doctors' OPD sitting times, days away and who is on call.

  • Module 40

    Repairs and ward supplies

Report a building repair, assign it and follow it until it is done, and let the wards ask the store for supplies, issued from the store's own stock.

Machines hub

Built into the Mukti Hospital app

No separate software. Install the Mukti Hospital desktop app on one computer on the hospital's own network and make it the machines hub from Settings. Then choose each analyser or scan machine from the list: Mukti shows the settings to enter and checks the connection.
